About Us

Founded in 1957, Palm Oil Alliance (POA) started as a trader and exporter of rubber and pepper. As the company progresses through the 1980’s, it registered itself as POA Resources Berhad and expanded its business interest into palm oil cultivation, crude palm oil trading, refined edible palm oil and several other palm oil related products.

POA Resources Berhad headquarters is strategically located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, which is the gateway to the international palm oil industry. To date, the company has involved itself in numerous palm oil plantations in Malaysia and Indonesia and has strived to grow and establish a good portfolio in the world’s largest market for palm oil plantation and its related oil business. Therefore, we set-up our oils and fats headquarters here and pioneer ourselves into this vast market.
